TheRuncible Spoon Bakery, often referred to as “The Runcible” or “The Spoon”, opened 20 years ago on a quiet corner in the riverside town of Nyack, New York. The store originally opened as a high-end bakery, but over the years has evolved into a gathering spot and landmark in Rockland County. With its home style American desserts and cozy decor, customers often remark that the bakery feels like their second home. “Cheers without the beers,” is how one local newspaper described The Runcible.

We are open 365 days a year and there are some regulars who don’t skip a single day. Whether they come to the Runcible for their morning coffee run or their weekly book club, there are many people who find that once they visit the Runcible, they just keep coming back.
